Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement

All places in the site where you may read FRJ.com shall herein refer to
FindRichmondJobs.com (hereinafter FRJ.com). You must AGREE to the terms of
this site to become a member or use this site. This Agreement may be changed
or modified by FRJ.com at any time and members agree to any terms and/or
conditions that change upon it being published in this section of the site.
The terms "You", "User (s)", and "Member (s)" as used herein refer to all
individuals and/or entities accessing this web site for any reason.
- Age and Eligibility. You must be at least N/A years old to register as
a member of FRJ.com or use this
site. Access or use of FRJ.com by any person under the age of N/A is
strictly prohibited. By using this
site you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to
enter into this agreement and to
abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. We cannot
guarantee that each member is the
required minimum age and we do not accept responsibility or liability

in violation of the terms and

- Agreement. You agree to read this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement
carefully. By becoming a
member or User of the service, you agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of this Agreement for
as long as you are a Member or User. Upon our request, you agree to
sign a non-electronic version of
this Agreement.
- Term. This Agreement shall remain in effect as long as you use the site
and/or are a Member. Please do
not use or register to become a Member if you do not agree with any of
the terms or conditions.
- Termination. FRJ.com may terminate your membership or useability at any
time for any reason we may
deem; including untrue, innaccurate, incomplete, or not current user or
membership data. FRJ.com will
notify you by email at the address given upon your membership or User
information if you are
terminated for any reason except normal expiration. You may terminate
your membership at any time for
any reason, except for termination with the intent to compete or cause
damages to FRJ.com. Your
termination must be in writing by email and you must receive a reply
from FRJ.com as proof and as your
record that we have received your request for termination. Even after
your membership is terminated, all
provisions of this Agreement legally acceptable will remain in effect.
You will not be entitled to any
refunds for termination. FRJ.com retains the right to refund any
unused or all membership fees.
- Changes. All changes made will be effective immediately upon notice,
which we may provide by means
including, without limitation, posting on the Site or email. By using
the site after such notice, you agree
to accept any and all changes. You accept responsibility to review the
Site periodically for any changes.
- Sole Use. Your use and membership is for your sole personal use or your
companies sole use. You may
not authorize, transfer, or assign any other person or entity to use
your membership, including any
commercial endeavors. You are solely responsible for the content
and/or information you transmit,
publish, transfer, or display (hereinafter, "post' or "posting") on the
Site and/or to other Users or
Members.
- Registration. To become a Member of FRJ.com you will be asked to select
a Username and Password
as part of our registration process. FRJ.com may refuse your Username
for any reason. it is your sole
responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your Username and
Password and for all activities under
your account. If you feel that your account is unsecure, then it is
your responsibility to change your
information. You must also contact us if you have any problems making
appropriate changes.

you automatically grant and
you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to FRJ.com
and other Users and Members,
an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license

works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize
sublicenses of the foregoing. Under no
circumstances will FRJ.com be responsible for any loss or damage
resulting from anyone's reliance on

or Members.
Information supplied by Users and Members will be respected by FRJ.com
and undertake to comply with
all applicable data protection legislation in the United States and
other jurisdictions in which we offer
service, subject to the Privacy Policy of FRJ.com. All personal and

us will be stored as our records and data. You consent to us using

for other services owned by Web Solutions Incorporated in order for you
to be a user or member of our
services. As a User and/or Member, you agree to uphold and maintain
our Privacy Policy and to the

You agree that FRJ.com may delete, modify, or change any photos,
messages, or content that violates
the terms and conditions of this Agreement or is in our conclusion
illegal, offensive, threatening,
harmful, or unsafe to FRJ.com or FRJ Users or Members. However,
FRJ.com does not assume
responsibility for proof-reading information. Users and Members are
responsible for notifying FRJ.com
by email of any information needing deletion, changing, or
modification. By notifying FRJ.com of
offensive information, FRJ.com is not liable for any information to be
deleted, modified, or changed.
However, it is our interest and desire to prohibit such information.
FRJ.com will investigate and take
appropriate action against anyone posting offensive information.
You agree not to post on the Site, or transmit to other Users or
Members any obscene, profane, abusive,
defamatory, threatening, sexually offensive, false, inaccurate,
unsafe, harassing, racially offensive,
hatred, misleading, pornographic, or illegal material, or any material
that infringes or violates another
party's rights. You agree not to solicit or promote bigotry, physical
harm, junk mail, chain letters, another

regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal
jurisdiction by and venue in the state and

- INDEMNITY By Member. You agree to indenmnify and hold FRJ.com, our

representatives harmless from any and all losses,
claims, damages, costs, and demands (including reasonable attorney(s)
fees or other fees) made by any
third party to or arising out of your use of the service in violation
of this Agreement and/or arising from
a breach of your representations and warranties set fourth above. This
indemnity shall be applicable
without regard to the negligence of any party, inclding any indemnified
person.
- Other. You agree that this is the Entire Agreement between you and
FRJ.com, and that you have read
and fully understand the Agreement. By using the site, you agree to
all provisions of this Agreement
and accept to abide to the Agreement by Using and/or becoming a Member
of the Site. If any provision
of this Agreement is held invalid, then the remainder of the Agreement
shall remain in full effect.
